Basics of one light studio lighting (non-newborn) - $500

Spend 3 hours with me in my Macon, GA studio to learn the basics of studio lighting.  You will learn what equipment you need to set up a basic portrait studio.  Learn lighting techniques with just one light for sitting babies, children, and headshots.  I can also come to your studio space to help get you set up and troubleshoot issues you are having.  Message me for a customized quote!

Hands on Mentorship - Family/Child Portraits - $800

We will start with a 10 image online portfolio review, so I can see where you are in your photography and we can discuss your work.  Then you will follow along with me to a family portrait session to watch how I interact and shoot.  I will explain my thought process along the way.   We will then sit down and I will show you how I cull and edit the gallery.  You will then be assigned to go shoot your own family session.  We can meet either online or in person after your practice session and we can go over your images to discuss.  You must be confident shooting in manual mode on a DSLR for this mentorship.

Hands on Mentorship- Newborn Portraits - $1200

This is a mentorship to get you started with newborns, or to help you polish and improve your newborn work. You will come to my Macon GA newborn studio and watch/assist me with a newborn session. You will see how I set up, light, and flow through the session for a variety of images. After the session we will go through the gallery of images and I will show you how I cull and edit the gallery.   Then the next day we will do a second newborn session where you lead and I assist.   You must be confident shooting in manual mode on a DSLR for this mentorship.  I shoot my newborn sessions with a full frame camera, 35mm lens, 50mm lens, 24-70mm lens, and a macro lens.  All of those lenses are not required for the mentorship, but I recommend at least a 35mm or 50mm lens to bring with you.
