Madelyn's parents choose a more natural, lifestyle session for their newborn portraits. For lifestyle sessions I do capture a few cute squishy poses, and then I capture lots of portraits of the new family in their home. This family had a beautiful home in Macon's historic district and I loved capturing this special time for them.

You can't tell, but Summer's big brother was shy at first about having his picture taken with his new baby sister. But I eventually won him over and got some adorable shots of them together. Summer did great for her newborn session too and we got some beautiful newborn portraits.

Irisa's mom brought her into my Macon portrait studio at 11 days old for her newborn session. She is the fourth baby in the family, and the second one from this family that I have photographed!

I'm now giving my clients a choice of a lifestyle newborn session (with a few posed shots too!) in the comfort of their home OR they can come to my Macon portrait studio for their session. This family decided to have me come with them, and I enjoyed shooting this session in their gorgeous middle georgia home. They had some beautiful hydrangeas grow...

Emma's parents brought her to my Macon portrait studio at just 6 days old for her newborn session. This was a perfect age as we got lots of sweet squishy sleepy portraits of her. Her mom brought some flowers to use at her session and I have a lot of fun incorporating them into her portraits!
